Senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this Pediatric Department located strategically within the Hamburg–Bremen–Hanover triangle, we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) to strengthen the general pediatric service. The department operates a neonatal intensive care unit equipped with 6 beds (including 3 mechanical ventilation stations) and provides interdisciplinary care for approximately 1,000 births annually. A major new hospital construction project is currently planned, offering a modern future clinical environment.

• Board certification in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) is required.
• A subspecialty qualification in Neonatology (Zusatzbezeichnung Neonatologie) is desirable.
• Subspecialty qualifications or clinical focuses in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Neuropediatrics, or Pediatric Diabetology are highly welcome to further expand local expertise.
