Senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this Pediatric Department, we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) at a hospital holding one of the most comprehensive postgraduate training authorizations for Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine among non-university hospitals in the state. This is an ideal setting for candidates seeking to engage actively in teaching alongside clinical duties. As the sole pediatric clinic within a 70-kilometer radius, the department manages approximately 2,300 inpatient cases annually across 28 beds and maintains a strong perinatal focus with its own Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Located in the Northern Black Forest region, the site offers exceptional quality of life and high recreational value, alongside excellent connections to the greater Stuttgart metropolitan area.

• Board certification in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) required.
• Strong interest in supervision, clinical teaching, and post-graduate medical education desirable.
