Medical Director for SPZ (m/w/d)

The position

For this Pediatric Department, we are recruiting a Medical Director (Medizinische Leitung) for a newly established Social Pediatric Center (SPZ), available full-time or part-time. This position lowers traditional entry barriers: a completed subspecialty in Neuropediatrics (Schwerpunkt Neuropädiatrie) is explicitly not mandatory as full subspecialty training can be completed on-site, nor is prior leadership experience required, provided there is a clear motivation to grow into a managerial role. The primary mandate is building and developing the unit to expand regional neuropediatric care in close integration with two partner pediatric hospitals and a multidisciplinary team spanning psychology, therapy, social work, and nursing.
