Senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this Pediatric Department, we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) for team expansion available full- or part-time on a permanent contract starting immediately, based at a Level 1 Perinatal Center managing over 2,000 births locally and an additional 500 births at an affiliated neighboring site. The department operates the regional neonatal emergency medical service and maintains strong interdisciplinary collaborations with Obstetrics, Pediatric Surgery, and Neurosurgery. A formal subspecialty board certification in Neonatology is ideal but not strictly mandatory, while candidates with other subspecialties or additional qualifications are warmly welcomed; the role actively involves supervising and teaching residents and medical students.

• Board certification in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) required.
• Subspecialty in Neonatology or strong experience in neonatal intensive care preferred.
• Permanent position available in full-time or part-time, offering a broad clinical scope within an interdisciplinary hospital network.
