The position

For this Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) for the psychosomatic section, which is organizationally integrated into the pediatric clinic and manages two specialized wards. This setup offers an ideal environment for clinicians seeking to practice at the intersection of Pediatrics and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (KJPP). The hospital system unites a Women’s Hospital, a Pediatric Clinic, and a dedicated Department of Child Psychiatry across three sites under one umbrella, treating approximately 13,000 inpatients annually within modern, newly constructed facilities.

• Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Facharztanerkennung KJPP) with solid practical experience in psychotherapy required.
• Strong interest in interdisciplinary care bridging pediatric somatics and psychiatry, combined with the commitment to lead clinical wards at senior level.
