The position

For this regional specialty hospital, we are recruiting a permanent Senior Physician (Oberarzt, full-time or part-time) explicitly defined as a leadership position offering scope for responsibility and active decision-making. The clinic treats patients aged 0 to 18, operating 26 general pediatric beds and eight beds for neonatology and pediatric intensive care. The clinical spectrum spans Neonatology, Intensive Care, Gastroenterology, Diabetology, Cardiology, Allergology, Epilepsy Care, and Pediatric Surgery. Furthermore, the hospital forms part of a Center for Vascular Malformations treating rare vascular anomalies and hosts a Child Protection Unit. The core incentive: The clinic does not commit to a predetermined subspecialty - you build and lead your own subspecialty area independently. Full 48-month training authorization is available.

• Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) required.
• An existing subspecialty qualification is welcomed to independently establish a specialized domain.
