The position

For this Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) with a clearly defined career progression path: Subject to performance, promotion to Leading Senior Physician (Leitender Oberarzt) is explicitly structured into the appointment. The department operates 29 beds in a newly designed ward, treating pediatric patients up to 18 years of age. The clinical scope covers General Pediatrics, Neuropediatrics including specialized outpatient authorizations, and neonatal care from 32+0 weeks of gestation integrated within a regional neonatology network. Candidates are explicitly encouraged to establish their own specialized outpatient clinics. • Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) required.
