The position

For this distinguished Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, we are recruiting a permanent Senior Physician (Oberarzt) in full-time or part-time. The facility is recognized for exceptional quality, holding the "Ausgezeichnet. FÜR KINDER" seal of approval continuously since 2009. Treating approximately 1,200 pediatric inpatients annually, the clinical spectrum spans Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Bronchopulmology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Hematology, Dermatology, Infectiology, and Psychosomatics, with a primary clinical focus on Neuropediatrics. Operating as a Level 3 Perinatal Center, the department treats around 100 premature and sick neonates per year on a dedicated eight-bed neonatal unit integrated directly into the maternity ward. Diagnostics include ultrasound, long-term video EEG, Holter ECG/ABPM, uroflowmetry, pH monitoring, and endoscopies. Requirements comprise board certification in Pediatrics; prior experience in Neonatology or Pediatric Cardiology is advantageous but not mandatory.   • Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) required.
