Senior physician in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology (m/w/d)

The position

For this leading tertiary care center - defined by its major clinical strongholds in neuropediatrics, hemato-oncology, and endocrinology - we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology. Alongside advanced inpatient and outpatient clinical care, core responsibilities encompass the clinical supervision and training of junior staff, academic teaching, and the initiation of independent clinical trials. Operating as an established hub for clinical and translational research, the department provides outstanding scientific infrastructure, including explicitly protected research time. Candidates must hold board certification in Pediatrics with the subspecialty qualification in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology.

• Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) with the official subspecialty certification in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in pediatric oncology, experience with clinical trial design and protocols, and a strong commitment to academic research, teaching, and mentorship.
