Lead senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this Pediatric Department, we are recruiting a Lead Senior Physician (Leitender Oberarzt) in Neuropediatrics, combining direct clinical oversight with outpatient care delivered under an institutional authorization and the option to assume overall senior physician management of an inpatient ward. Treating approximately 4,000 inpatients and 7,000 outpatients annually, the department forms a Level 1 Perinatal Center in collaboration with the Department of Obstetrics, situated within a major hospital system employing over 3,300 staff.

• Subspecialty board certification in Neuropediatrics and an active interest in leadership required.
• Prior formal leadership experience is explicitly not mandatory, and candidate profiles fulfilling partial criteria are warmly invited to apply.
• Strategic leadership mandate across both specialized inpatient and institutional outpatient neuropediatric services.
