Lead senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this municipal hospital network, we are recruiting a permanent Leading Senior Physician (Leitender Oberarzt) to oversee General Pediatrics, including team leadership and staff development. The healthcare group operates three clinical sites with 432 beds and approximately 1,200 employees. The clinical scope encompasses neonatal care within a Level 3 Perinatal Care Center. The department is seeking a strategic mindset and conceptual strength to actively advance its pediatric service portfolio. Prior leadership experience is desirable but not mandatory, and additional subspecialties are advantageous but optional - making this an ideal entry opportunity for an initial executive role. • Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) required.
