Senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this Pediatric Department, we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) for team expansion available in full-time or part-time, offering significant scope to further develop specialized pediatric services. As the sole pediatric department within a district serving 277,000 inhabitants, the clinic operates 34 beds including 4 intensive care beds, an integrated psychosomatic section, and the regional neonatal emergency service, managing approximately 2,300 inpatient and 9,000 outpatient cases annually. Working within a small medical team composed of the Chief Physician (Chefarzt), three Senior Physicians (Oberärzte), and eight Residents (Assistenzärzte), candidates holding a subspecialty in Neuropediatrics or extensive experience in EEG diagnostics and epileptology are preferred, though not strictly required.

• Board certification in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Facharztanerkennung KJM) required
• Neuropediatrics subspecialty or solid EEG/epileptology experience preferred.
• Permanent position available in full-time or part-time within a key regional healthcare provider.
