Lead senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this Pediatric Department, we are recruiting a Lead senior physician (Leitender Oberarzt) for the Center for Neuropediatrics. The position features cross-functional clinical leadership spanning both the affiliated Social Pediatric Center (SPZ) and inpatient pediatric wards, addressing a broad spectrum including epilepsies, neuropathies, inflammatory CNS diseases, headaches, and complex movement disorders. The center boasts an exceptional diagnostic setup, including MRI, video-EEG, long-term EEG, EMG, a sleep laboratory, neurography, evoked potentials (EP), and a specialized gait analysis laboratory - offering a clear leadership mandate to direct the medical team while establishing individual clinical focus areas.

• Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) along with the subspecialty in Neuropediatrics and proven senior clinical leadership experience required.
• Outstanding diagnostic/electrophysiological expertise paired with the ambition to lead, structure, and expand an interdisciplinary neuropediatric center.
