Senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this Pediatric Department, we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine available full-time or part-time, focusing on Neuropediatrics, or Diabetology. The position provides exceptional structural flexibility: clinical responsibilities can be tailored to focus on inpatient hospital care, outpatient care within the internal Medical Care Center (MVZ), or a hybrid combination across both. The well-equipped department features its own neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and offers a comprehensive subspecialty platform encompassing Neuropediatrics, Diabetology/Endocrinology, Pediatric Cardiology, and Pediatric Gastroenterology.

• Board certification in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) required
• Subspeciality qualifications or strong clinical focus in Neuropediatrics or Diabetology/Endocrinology highly welcome.
• Adaptable mindset eager to build and navigate flexible care models bridging inpatient hospital medicine and outpatient care structures.
