Senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this Pediatric Department, we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) to assume overall medical responsibility for the inpatient care of infants, children, adolescents, and neonates. In addition to clinical direction, the appointment includes responsibility for residency training. Operating two wards with 35 total beds, the clinic features a state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) equipped with five mechanical ventilation stations. Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) paired with proven senior clinical experience and strong general pediatric expertise

• Neonatology subspecialty certification is preferred but not an absolute requirement.
• Strategic leader with strong interpersonal skills, dedicated to mentoring junior physicians and developing the clinic's regional healthcare standing.
• Terms include strong work-life integration support such as an on-site childcare center for children under 3 years old, and a dedicated allowance for medical conferences.
