Senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine in the Cologne region, we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) available full-time or part-time (minimum 32 hours/week). Alongside overall medical responsibility for inpatient care, the appointment comes with a broad mandate to shape departmental concepts, clinical workflows, and internal team culture. The pediatric department is an independent, state-of-the-art facility operating 48 beds across three wards, a dedicated Pediatric Emergency Room , and specialized units for Neonatology, General Pediatrics, and Sleep Medicine. Bringing a personal clinical subspecialty is welcomed, but explicitly not a requirement. The hospital provides exceptional support for work-life integration, including an on-site daycare center for children under three.

• Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) with strong general pediatric expertise
