Senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For this Pediatric Department, we are recruiting a Senior Physician (Oberarzt) in Neonatology based at an academic tertiary care center. Operating as a Level 1 Perinatal Center and a certified Pediatric Oncology Center, the department treats approximately 4,500 inpatient cases annually within a university-affiliated environment offering comprehensive support for medical teaching, doctoral degrees, habilitation, and in-house DEGUM Level I certification. A completed subspecialty board certification in Neonatology is not mandatory - an advanced stage of training alongside the fulfillment of foundational requirements is fully sufficient.

• Board certification in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) required
• Advanced subspecialty training in Neonatology desirable.
