Lead senior physician in Pediatric Emergency Care (m/w/d)

The position

For a tertiary care center, we are exclusively recruiting the Head of Pediatric Emergency Care under a confidential search mandate. This key position encompasses the clinical and operational leadership of an interprofessional team as well as the strategic advancement of the pediatric emergency department. Core responsibilities include designing and refining modern triage systems, implementing structured clinical pathways, and optimizing critical interfaces with pediatric intensive care, pediatric surgery, and emergency medical services. The appointment offers exceptional professional growth: Prior proven leadership experience is explicitly not required - we are seeking a highly competent pediatrician driven to actively grow into a senior leadership role.

• Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) required.
• Solid clinical background in acute pediatric emergency medicine and an interest in clinical process optimization.
• Strong organizational mindset, excellent communication skills for interprofessional team leadership, and the ambition to step into a department head appointment at a major tertiary hospital.
