The position

For this Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine - certified with the "Ausgezeichnet. Für Kinder" quality seal and accredited in Child Protection Medicine - we are recruiting a permanent Senior Physician (Oberarzt). The clinic treats approximately 1,500 inpatients aged 0 to 18 annually. A standout feature for a department of this size is its exceptionally equipped diagnostic unit, featuring complete ultrasound including Echocardiography, Holter ECG, ABPM, Spiroergometry (bike/treadmill), Tilt table testing, allergy provocation, Bodyplethysmography, and Bronchoscopy. Clinical strongholds encompass Cardiology, Gastroenterology with Endoscopy, Pulmonology, Allergology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Hematology (non-oncological), Infectiology, Neuropediatrics (EEG, AEP, VEP), and Neonatal Intensive Care within a Level 3 Perinatal Center. An additional subspecialty certification - ideally Pediatric Pulmonology - is desirable. Benefits include paid CME leave with financial support, and assistance with housing and childcare placement.

Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) strictly required.
