Lead senior physician (m/w/d)

The position

For a private acute hospital catering to adolescents and young adults aged 14 to 24, we are recruiting a Leading Senior Physician (Leitender Oberarzt). This is strictly an acute psychiatric facility and not a rehabilitation center. The clinic is currently rolling out a new adolescent psychiatric treatment framework and seeks a clinician to actively shape this implementation from day one. Initial leadership experience is sufficient; full board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy is required. The facility accommodates up to 50 patients on an expansive lakefront estate located less than twenty minutes from an international airport. It holds its own training authorization (Weiterbildungsbefugnis) and fully fulfills the requirements for psychiatric clinical training modules PT1 and PT2.

• Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Facharzt KJPP) required.
• Initial leadership experience (e.g., as Senior Physician or Acting Senior Physician) is sufficient.
• Drive to actively shape a new clinical concept and strong motivation for acute psychiatric treatment of young adults in a private healthcare setting.
