Medical Director for SPZ (m/w/d)

The position

For this Social Pediatric Center (SPZ) in the Münsterland region, we are recruiting a Medical Director (Ärztliche Leitung) for a permanent, full-time appointment. In this role, you will hold overall strategic responsibility within a shared leadership model alongside the Head of Neuroorthopedics. The center operates five interdisciplinary case teams across three regional locations. The clinical focus encompasses Pediatric and Neuroorthopedics, Neuropediatrics, Urotherapy, Autism, ADHD, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and chronic childhood conditions. Key responsibilities include team development, clinical supervision, and representing the institution in regional and national professional bodies. A mandatory prerequisite is the formal leadership qualification in Social Pediatrics according to the Altöttinger Papier. The center encourages innovative care concepts and provides on-site U3 childcare.

• Board certification in Pediatrics (Facharztanerkennung Kinder- und Jugendmedizin) and extensive experience in Social Pediatrics.
• Required leadership qualification per the Altöttinger Papier.
• Proven managerial skills and enthusiasm for strategic development and committee work.
